We lean into our extensive experience in the studio classroom to create impactful learning experiences based on clients’ real projects or problems.

fractional creative direction
We operate as part-time design leaders in organizations that don’t yet have a design team. This includes supporting specific team members to learn, practice, and execute design work on existing projects.

The Summer Studio is a modern apprenticeship in creative leadership that happens every May.
founders
Based on our expertise as design educators, we build learning experiences for the team doing the work. It’s very similar to how we run our studio classrooms, guiding learners toward better creative work – on our scaffolding, but on their fuel.
